Instructions



1. Prepare the Charcoal Grill:
Set up your charcoal grill for indirect grilling. Allow the coals to burn until they are covered with white ash (approximately PT15M / 15 minutes). Maintain an even medium heat for grilling, about 350°F.

2. Prepare the Pork Loin:
- Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels. This helps the rub adhere better to the meat.
- Rub the pork loin all over with olive oil. This helps the seasoning to stick and creates a flavorful crust while grilling.

3. Make the Paprika Rub:
