Succulent Oven-Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (approx. 1 large lemon)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a roasting pan or baking sheet lined with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to form a marinade.
3. Marinate the Chicken

6. Rest and Serve
