Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat while you prepare the chicken.
2. Prepare Marinade:
In a mixing bowl, combine the zest and juice from the lemons, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk together until the marinade is well combined.
