Sunrise Citrus Sparkler Breakfast Cocktail



Ingredients



- 1 cup Cava
- 1/2 cup Champagne
- 1/2 cup Prosecco
- 1/4 cup Gin
- 1/4 cup Vodka
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1/2 cup Cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup Guava juice
- 1 Pear, thinly sliced
- 1 Peach, thinly sliced
- 1 Lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions



1. Prepare the Fruit:
- Thinly slice the pear, peach, and lemon. Remove any seeds from the lemon slices. Set aside for garnish.

2. Mix the Juices:
- In a large pitcher, pour the orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and guava juice. Stir gently to combine. Chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

3. Combine the Spirits:
- Just before serving, add the gin and vodka to the juice mixture in the pitcher. Stir gently to blend the flavors.

4. Add Sparkling Wines:
- Carefully pour the cava, champagne, and prosecco into the pitcher. Stir gently, just enough to mix without losing too much carbonation.

5. Serve with Garnish:
- Fill each glass with ice cubes. Carefully pour the cocktail mixture over the ice. Garnish each glass with a slice of pear, peach, and lemon for an elegant touch.
