Ingredients
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans of diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare Your Ingredients
- Open and drain the canned tomatoes. Roughly chop them into smaller pieces for ease of cooking and better integration into the stir-fry.
- Rinse and dry the fresh basil leaves. Chop them finely and set aside.
2. Heat the Pan
- Place a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Allow it to heat for about 1-2 minutes until it’s sufficiently hot.
3. Stir-Fry the Tomatoes
- Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan. Stir the tomatoes constantly to prevent sticking. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the tomatoes start to soften and their natural juices are partially reduced.
4. Season the Dish
