Ingredients



- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 8 slices roast turkey breast
- 8 slices hard salami
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 cups potato chips, crushed
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
- Rye flavor seasoning (optional)

Instructions



1. Prepare the Mustard Mayo
Mix the yellow mustard, mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, and finely chopped jalapeño in a small bowl until well-combined. Set aside.

2. Toast the Bread
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each slice of sourdough bread until golden brown and slightly crispy. This should take about 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Optionally, sprinkle with rye flavor seasoning for added depth.

3. Assemble the Sandwich Base
Lay out two slices of the toasted sourdough on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the pickle-spiked mustard mayo on each slice.
