Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
1. Boil the Eggs
- Add the 6 eggs to a saucepan and cover with cold water, ensuring the water level is at least an inch above the eggs.
- Place on the stove over medium-high heat and bring to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, cover the saucepan, remove from heat, and let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
2. Prepare the Egg Filling
- Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cornichons, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, kosher salt, and ground black pepper to the mixing bowl.
3. Mix the Filling
- Use a fork to mash the yolks and blend with the other ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the creamy yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
4. Garnish and Serve
- Sprinkle the deviled eggs with paprika, chives, and crumbled bacon.
- Arrange the eggs on a platter surrounded by the crushed potato chips, assorted crackers, and crudités for easy snacking.
