Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 4 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
3. Layer Cheeses: Evenly spread the mozzarella and white cheddar cheeses in the bottom of the baking dish as the base layer of your pizza bake.
4. Add Toppings: Spread the sliced pepperoni over the cheese layer, ensuring even coverage. Follow with an even layer of mushrooms and bell peppers.
