Ultimate Gourmet Stir Fry with Chicken, Shrimp, and Mixed Greens
Ingredients
For Marinade and Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Main Components:
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced

- 1 block of tofu, cubed

Instructions
1. Prepare Marinade and Sauce:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Divide the mixture into two portions: use half for marinating, and reserve half for the final sauce.
2. Marinate Proteins:
- In separate containers, marinate the thinly sliced chicken, shrimp, and cubed tofu in the prepared marinade for 20 minutes. Ensure all pieces are well-coated.
3. Cook Noodles:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook 8 ounces of noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. Stir Fry:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, then add the shrimp and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Combine Ingredients:
- Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet with tofu. Add mixed greens and 4 chopped scallions. Stir-fry everything together for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add Noodles and Sauce:
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour in the reserved sauce mixture and stir well to combine, ensuring everything is coated evenly.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
7. Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds over the stir fry for a nutty crunch.
- Serve hot, directly from the skillet or beautifully plated for a gourmet touch.
