Ultimate Loaded Oven-Baked Nachos with Dill Pickle Cream
Ingredients
- 8 oz kettle chips
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped pickles
- 1/3 cup sliced jalapeños
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Dill Pickle Cream
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne powder. Mix until smooth and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
3. Arrange the Chips
Spread the kettle chips evenly over the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring none of the chips overlap to provide an even layer for the toppings.
4. Layer with Cheese and Toppings
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the kettle chips. Top with chopped pickles, sliced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and half of the green onions.
5. Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted and bubbly.
6. Finish and Serve
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with the prepared dill pickle cream. Garnish with the remaining green onions before serving.
