Ingredients
- 2 cups semolina flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of semolina flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Create a well in the center and add 1 cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Mix gradually with a fork until it begins to form a dough.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough back in the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 475°F (245°C) to allow it to preheat while the dough rests.
3. Shape the Dough

4. Assemble the Pizza
