Ultimate Pan-Fried Bacon Avocado Grilled Cheese



Ingredients


- 8 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 slices tomato
- Salt to taste
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions



1. Prepare the Bread:
Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice of bread.

2. Layering:
On the unbuttered side of four slices of bread, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise.

3. Assemble the Sandwich:
Top the mayonnaise side of each slice with a slice of tomato. Sprinkle a little salt on the tomato.
Add a slice of American cheese, followed by two slices of crispy bacon.
Place slices of avocado over the bacon and top with a slice of Cheddar cheese.
Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side up.

4. Pan Fry:
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the sandwiches in the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

5. Serve:
Remove from skillet and allow the sandwich to cool slightly. Slice each sandwich in half and enjoy.
