Ultimate Pepperoni and Vegetable Pizza Bake



Ingredients



- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup diced carrots

Instructions



1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

2. Prepare the Pizza Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, aiming for about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.

3. Spread the Sauce
Use a spoon to evenly spread the tomato sauce over the surface of the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.

4. Add the Cheese and Vegetables
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce. Then, evenly distribute the frozen peas and diced carrots over the cheese layer.

5. Top with Pepperoni
Arrange the pepperoni slices over the top of the vegetables and cheese.

6. Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden-brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

7. Cool and Slice
Carefully remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for about 3 to 5 minutes. Slice it into servings as desired and enjoy!
