Ingredients
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 2 tablespoons lime seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup tuna salad
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
1. Preparation:
- Preheat your deep fryer to 375°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with paper towels to absorb excess oil when frying.
2. Season the Chips:
- In a large bowl, toss the tortilla chips with 2 tablespoons of lime seasoning until well coated.
3. Deep Fry the Chips:
