Ingredients



- 4 slices of your choice of bread (e.g., ciabatta or rye), lightly toasted
- 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chive cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mixed sprouts
- 1/2 teaspoon Tajín seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dukkah
- 1 teaspoon Za'atar
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 4 dill pickle slices
- 4 slices smoked turkey
- 4 slices pepper turkey
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced

Instructions



1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Start by toasting the bread lightly on a stove-top grill or skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
- Thinly slice the Persian cucumber, tomato, radishes, and dill pickles. Arrange your vegetables on a plate for easy assembly.

2. Mix the Cream Cheese:
- In a small bowl, combine the vegetable cream cheese and chive cream cheese. Mix in 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, and 1/2 teaspoon of lime zest.

3. Assemble the Sandwich:
- Take one slice of the toasted bread and spread a generous amount of the seasoned cream cheese mixture on one side.
- Evenly layer the smoked turkey and pepper turkey slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Add slices of cucumber, tomato, and radish on top of the turkey.
- Sprinkle Tajín, Dukkah, and Za'atar over the vegetable layers for added spice and crunch.
- Add sprouts and dill pickle slices for extra freshness.

4. Finish with a Zesty Touch:
- Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice and lime juice over the assembled sandwich for a citrusy flavor.
- Top with the second slice of toasted bread, pressing gently to secure the layers.

5. Serve:
- Cut the sandwich into halves for ease of eating.
