Vibrant Layered Gelatin Delight

Ingredients

- 4 boxes (3 oz each) gelatin dessert mix in assorted flavors and colors
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 packet (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Colored Gelatin Layers:
- Dissolve each flavored gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup cold water to each dissolved gelatin and stir.
- Pour the first flavored gelatin evenly into a 9x13-inch glass dish.
- Refrigerate until firmly set, approximately PT30M (30 minutes).

2. Create the Creamy Gelatin Layer:
- While the first layer sets, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water in a small bowl and let bloom for PT5M (5 minutes).
- Heat the heavy cream over low heat until just warm.
- Add the bloomed unflavored gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.

3. Assemble the Layered Dessert:
- Carefully pour half of the creamy mixture over the set flavored gelatin layer.
- Refrigerate until set but not hard, approximately PT30M (30 minutes).
- Repeat the above steps with the remaining flavored gelatin and creamy mix by layering each colored gelatin followed by the creamy layer.
- Ensure each layer is firmly set before adding the next, refrigerating each for PT30M (30 minutes).

4. Chill and Serve:
- After all layers are poured and set, refrigerate the entire dish for at least PT2H (2 hours) to ensure it is fully firm.
- Once fully set, slice into squares or your desired shapes for serving.
