Ingredients
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 head of Iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 head of Radicchio, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Prepare the Herb Mixture
